Getting a new phone doesn’t just upgrade your device. It upgrades everywhere you use it.
That insight led us to create Upgrade Your Everywhere with Verizon last summer. For the holidays, we brought it back with seasonal chaos. When your phone upgrades, your holidays upgrade too.
In this new set of videos, the phone doesn’t just get upgraded, everything around it does. One second you’re looking at a normal space, the next, the holidays show up like they were invited. We teamed up with three artists to show how Verizon turns holiday moments into unforgettable ones.
In @shutterauthority’s video, it starts small. A woman sits on her porch with only a few decorations up. She pulls a new phone from the Verizon bag and suddenly the whole house joins in. Lights come on, garland appears, and her porch feels like it came straight out of a holiday (Hallmark) movie.
Things move fast in @gabrielbenicio video. A man sits on his brownstone stoop next to half-opened boxes of decorations. The second he pulls out his Verizon Android, the building gets the memo: lights and garland wrap around the rails and a giant red bow ties above the doorway like a final flourish.
And in the last video, @djbehar takes us inside. A woman opens a Verizon bag in her living room and the space completely changes. The walls turn to wood, a fireplace roars to life, and before you know it the living room transforms into a winter getaway.
If this all feels a bit familiar, it’s because we’ve done something like this before. Last June, we turned a balcony into a dream terrace and a baseball mom’s folding chair into a luxurious throne. But this time, the holidays got the same treatment.
